Sheo-Mo (Mo is derived from “la mode” – fashion in French) is a method aimed at developing flexibility in thoughts and behavior using the principle of seasonality which allows to re-connect to the constantly changing life maintaining the ecology of relations in all its contexts. A fashionable method needs its fashionable terminology.

Sheo-line is easy to influence increasing or decreasing the feedback flow, as well getting closer or further physically.

2. Sheo-Shape

Sheo-Shape (more) is a symbolic manifestation of “contour map”, i.e. a Sheo-model that describes the structure of basic fears and behavior motives of a person.
